I think that it depends on the situation. If the woman is sheltered or not into sex before marriage, she'll be less permiscuous. But if she's not sheltered and ok with the idea, she has a chance to be more so because although it's hard for a blind person to find someone offline, the chances of one scoring are higher due to sensuality. As it is, blind people are naturally sensual because they lack sight. They have to use their other senses even in doing mondane tasks. So this could lead to alot of fun in bed.
